2/ How to Order and Delivery Process?

To place an order with cash on delivery, please share/inbox your details receiving address and contact number with your desired product name or pictures.
Cash on delivery available at all city’s in Bangladesh through courier services. Inside Dhaka Metro delivery time usually 24-48 hours; Out side Dhaka Metro usually 48-72 hours.
NB: Due to Covid19 & other natural disaster delivery schedule may change.
3/ How much Delivery Charge?
Standard Delivery Inside Dhaka Metro: 70 BDT.
Standard Delivery Outside Dhaka Metro: 130 BDT.
NB: Delivery charge may change based on product and location.
4/ Where is your Physical Shop/Office?

 5/ How to order at COD?
To place an order with cash on delivery, please share/Inbox your details receiving address and contact number.

6/ How to return?
If you found any defective product or wrong product or mismatch as described or as mentioned to you, you can return instantly, you have to bear no cost or later you can return at our address at your own cost.
7/ What if change of mind?
If you change your mind that you don’t need the product after delivery or you will not receive the product, you have to pay the double courier charge because we have to pay both send and return courier charge to the courier company.
8/ Any advance payment required?
Usually we don’t received any advance payment. But it may vary time to time or product to product or place to place.
9/ How to claim warranty?

Any issue regarding active/inactive/ physical damage/color/box inside accessories, you must check before leaving shop premises and you are highly suggested to do unboxing video, later no such objection shall be accepted. For any warranty support based on your product, you have to reach your product at our shop with proper documents, any physical damage shall not acceptable. Warranty period may take 3 to 45 working days based on parts availability if necessary. For any official warranty you must bring Box, warranty documents/Stickers, in some case accessories.

10/ What is cash refund policy?
If you are eligible for any refund, we will send through mobile banking services or your bank account.
11/ Do you have any exchange offer?
Right now we do not have any such offer.
12/ What is your payment process?
We receive payment at cash on delivery. You can also pay through our Bank Account or Mobile Banking services.
